In a 3 quart
pot, add 6 cups of water and bring to boil. Add macaroni,
re-hydrated meat and Ortega chilies, return mixture to boil.
Reduce heat, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 9-11
minutes. Remove from heat, and drain. Add ½ cup of oil or
margarine, ½ cup milk (3 Tbsp milk powder and ½ cup water) and
cheese sauce mix (from Kraft mix). Mix well and serve. Three 2
cup servings.
