Breakfast

This is a rich classic stew traditionally flavored with Burgundy wine. We revised the recipe to use a powdered sauce mix in lieu of wine. Dumplings are an excellent addition to this stew. The calorie to weight ratio is 130 without dumplings and 123 with dumplings.
