In a 3 quart pot, add 6 cups of
water and bring to boil. Add Whole Wheat Shells and re-hydrated
meat, return mixture to boil. Reduce heat, stir, cover and
simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, and
drain. Add 2 Tbsp. of oil or margarine, 1/4 cup milk (1 ½ Tbsp
milk powder and 1/4 cup water) and cheese (from Annie’s mix).
Mix well and serve. Three 2 cup servings.
