During the day, re-hydrate sausage and tomato paste. In a 3 quart pot, combine 7 cups of water (use water from re-hydrating meat) with the sausage, tomato paste, spice packet and the chili mix. Blend and bring to boil while stirring frequently. Simmer 20-25 minutes.
