During the day re-hydrate the peas.
Put peas in a 3 quart pot with 4-1/2 cups of water
and bring to boil. Add pasta, sauce mix, ButterBuds and milk
powder and cook until pasta
is ready to eat. Add more water if needed. Remove salmon from
foil pouch and toss with hot pasta. Add salt, pepper and
parmesan cheese to taste.
*The 14oz weight of the packaged salmon can be reduced by
dehydrating the fish. Dry salmon thoroughly in the dehydrator an
place in a sandwich size resealable plastic bag. To re-hydrate
place salmon in pan with water for 20 minutes before bringing
water to boil.
The drying of fish is best done outside the house.
