During the day re-hydrate meat and vegetables. Put meat, soup mix and vegetables in a 3 quart pot with 6 cups of water and bring to boil. Boil for 15 minutes. Add ramen to boiling water and cook until pasta is ready to eat, about 2 minutes.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
