In a small saucepan, blend gravy mix with 3 cups cold water; set aside

In 3 quart pot, boil 3 cups of water. Add turkey, mushrooms, onions, green pepper and parsley. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When turkey/vegetable mixture has cooked for 5 minutes, add Uncle Bens “5 Minute” Long Grain & Wild Rice. Cook for about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add stuffing mix stir well. Cover and set aside.

Heat gravy mixture to boiling. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened, about 1 minute. Serve gravy over turkey and wild rice stuffing.

Editor's Note: Test at least three gravy mixes to find one that you like. A bad choice could ruin this meal.
